We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

How to request a return

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
